No. Sign up with your company name and email. We ask for a card or a billing contact only when the trial ends and you choose a plan.

It waits. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. Sign in later, choose a plan and everything is there. You can also ask us to delete the company and we will, after a seven-day cooling off period.

Yes, any time, from Billing in your company settings. A change takes effect straight away and the new price starts on your next bill.

Every active login above the number your plan includes costs the extra login price. Disable a login and it stops counting. Engineers and office staff count the same.

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added on the invoice and the receipt shows it.

No. GoCardless charges its own fee per payment and that goes to GoCardless. We do not add a percentage.

Yes. Choose 'invoice us' when the trial ends and we will send an invoice each month, or once a year on a 12-month term paid yearly.

You choose. Rolling monthly has no contract: cancel from Billing and the plan ends at the end of the paid month. A 12-month term (billed monthly, or paid for the year) costs less; if you cancel, the plan runs to the renewal date and then ends.
