Reports show how the business is doing. Open More, then Reports. You get sales, quotes, job costing, engineers, requests, parts and overdue work.

Do the common things
See your sales
- Open Reports, then Sales.
- Choose the dates. Compare months.
See what makes money
- Open Job costing for profit on each job.
- Open Engineers for work done and money earned by each person.
Check how many quotes win
- Open Quotes to see sent, approved and lost.
Chase overdue work
- Open Overdue for unpaid invoices that are late.
Take the numbers away
- Click the CSV button on a report to download it for Excel.
If something looks wrong
- Numbers are low: check the dates at the top.
- A job has no cost: add parts, time or expenses to the job.
- Reports are missing: the Reports module is switched off.
