Products and services

What this page is for

Products and services is your price list. Quotes, jobs and invoices pick their lines from it. Open More, then Products & services. The tabs are Products, Packages, Stock and Purchase orders.

Do the common things

Add a product or service

1. Click + New product (or the add button on the page).
2. Add a name, a description, a price and VAT rate. If it is a part, add the cost too.
3. Save.

Import a price list

1. Click Import.
2. Upload a CSV or Excel file, match the columns and confirm.

Make a package

1. Open the Packages tab and add a package.
2. Add the items it contains. Use it on quotes to add all lines at once.

Change a price

1. Open the item and click Edit. Change the price.
2. New quotes use the new price. Old quotes keep theirs.

If something looks wrong

• An item does not show when you add a quote line: check it is not archived.
• A margin looks wrong: check the cost and price on the item.
