What this page is for

Forms are made in a form builder. You can build booking forms, request forms for your website, and checklists engineers fill in on a visit, with photos and signatures. Open Settings, then Forms.

Do the common things

Build a form

1. Open Settings, then Forms, and add a new form.
2. Add fields: text, choices, dates, photos and signatures.
3. Save and switch it on.

Put a form on your website

1. Open the form and copy the embed code or the public link.
2. Paste the code into your website.
3. Answers arrive as new requests.

Use a checklist on visits

1. Build a form of the checklist type.
2. Engineers fill it in on the phone during the visit.
3. Use Fill in or Continue draft to finish one later.

If something looks wrong

• Answers do not arrive: check the form is switched on.
• A field is missing on the phone: save the form again and reload the app.
• Forms are missing from Settings: the Forms builder module is switched off.
